At Sweat Storm Apparel, we’re committed to getting your gear to you fast, safe, and hassle-free. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

🚚 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods (launches, sales), processing may take an additional day or two.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

🌎 Shipping

Shipping is only available in the United States at the rates you’ll find at checkout. We’re currently not offering international shipping — but we’re working on it. Stay tuned!

🕵️ Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order through your account on our website.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, it’s in the carrier’s hands — but we’re here to help.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, email us at sweatstormapparel@gmail.com and we’ll work to resolve it ASAP.
  • Sweat Storm Apparel is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please check with neighbors or your local post office.
